Seckford Care is a Finalist in the ‘End of Life Care’ and ‘Equality, Diversity & Inclusion’ categories at the ‘Suffolk Care Awards 2024’

Seckford Care is delighted to have been shortlisted as a Finalist in two categories – ‘End of Life Care’ and ‘Equality, Diversity & Inclusion’ – at the ‘Suffolk Care Awards 2024’, taking place at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall on 26^th September 2024.

These prestigious Awards, hosted by Care Development East and now in their eighth year, aim to recognise and celebrate the work of the care sector and the local communities that have continued to support them. They also provide a valuable opportunity to highlight the work of those individuals who are delivering the highest levels of care every day.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Recognising a service which ensures that opportunities and rights are afforded to all individuals, regardless of their background and identity. This award recognises equality in terms of both staff and people the provider supports.

End of Life Care

This award will go to the team that has demonstrated a rounded approach to end-of-life care that surpasses what might be expected. The judges will be looking at how support is offered not only to customers but their relatives and the staff that care for them.
