Governance

As in Thomas Seckford’s time, Seckford Foundation Board of Governors (Trustees) is responsible for:

• Shaping and developing the strategy for Seckford Care within the Seckford Foundation’s agenda
• Defining the Foundation’s strategic priorities including those of Seckford Care 
• Measuring and evaluating the value and impact of the Foundation’s services including those of Seckford Care

The Governors of the Foundation meet formally throughout the year to discuss our strategic objectives and to monitor compliance and risk, ensuring we continue to meet our charitable aims, providing the highest quality services.
