Meet the Leadership Team

On 27^th September, relatives of the residents here at Seckford Care were invited to an informal gathering in our Chapel to meet all of the members of the Leadership Team.

Gemma Bloomfield, Director of Care, welcomed everyone attending, and emphasised the importance of being able to meet relatives as a team, especially given the number of changes over the past two years and the impact of COVID restrictions.

Each member of Leadership Team introduced themselves and explained their role within Seckford Care. Those who attended were very complimentary and positive about the care at Seckford, and stated how hard the entire staff team had been working, despite very difficult and challenging times.

Gemma said,

“The event went very well and another will be organised in the future. Thanks to all those who took the time to attend and share their valuable feedback with us; it is important for us to work in partnership with relatives at Seckford in order to best support their loved ones.”
