Award-winning Seckford Care to host inaugural ‘Open Day’ to showcase its ‘outstanding care for outstanding people’
Seckford Care is inviting families to join its friendly, dedicated staff at its inaugural ‘Open Day’ on Sunday 7th June 2026, from 10am to 4pm, hosted at its stunning Grade II* Listed Almshouses in Woodbridge.
At its exclusive Open Day, Seckford Care will show visitors its ‘Outstanding’ care services in-person, and its team of expert care staff will be on hand to address any queries and provide all the information necessary to inform future care choices.

Seckford Care is an award-winning care facility, consistently rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission since 2016, based in the heart of the picturesque Suffolk market town of Woodbridge.
Seckford Care offers a range of support services that can be tailored to suit every need: including 24-hour, residential, respite, dementia and palliative, end-of-life care.

- Meet the inspiring and vibrant residents, who bring life and warmth to the care home community
- Take a guided tour, featuring 26 Residential Care rooms in Jubilee House, 30 Extra Care flats in the Almhouses, a private chapel, comfortable communal areas, beautifully designed sunken garden, and an in-house shop and hair salon
- Explore the variety of enrichening activities on offer
- Discover the comfort of the care home and take in the beauty and serenity of the well-maintained, landscaped grounds
- Enjoy a complimentary tasting of the delicious hand-cooked meals available, prepared by its in-house chefs – and discuss any individual requirements directly with them
